Who runs this website

This website, durhamdecking.co.uk, is run under the Durham Decking name by 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. The quote form

Our enquiry form comes from HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), based in the United States, and is loaded from api.leadconnectorhq.com. It keeps and handles enquiries on our behalf as a processor, which may involve a transfer of your details to the United States covered by HighLevel's data processing safeguards. When it loads, the form receives basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. It also uses a security cookie (__cf_bm), some local storage that remembers which page the enquiry came from, and Cloudflare Turnstile to filter out bots. Your browser settings let you remove this data at any time.

What we collect

If you fill in our quote form we collect what you enter: usually your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a few words about the deck you have in mind. We need them to get back to you, come and see the garden and price the work. You cannot create an account here.

Data protection

To handle your enquiry, we share your details with the tradesperson who carries out the work.

Lawful basis and retention

We rely on your request (steps you ask us to take before a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Records of an enquiry are removed within two years (24 months) of the last time you were in touch.

Hosting

Our hosting is with Cloudflare, which uses technical details like your IP address to send you the pages and guard the site against attacks. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You're entitled to see the information we hold on you, have it put right or erased, and object to or limit its use. Please write to 360 Media Works Ltd at the address above. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk at any time.
