Site terms

About these terms
These pages describe decking work in the Durham area and give you a way to ask us for a quote. Using it means you accept these terms. Our privacy page explains who is behind it.
What the content is
The pages are written as general guidance and may not fit every garden. Nothing on the site is an offer or a price, which only comes in a written quote after we've seen the work. Terms for the work are agreed in writing before it starts.
Pictures
Where pictures appear they are illustrations for ideas, marked as examples, rather than pictures of specific jobs.
Free quotes
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Occasionally we may be unable to take on a job or cover a postcode.
Our liability
We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the information on this website, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it. These terms don't change your legal rights as a consumer.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change from time to time, so check the date at the top. English and Welsh law governs them.
